MASC is seeking an experienced and passionate Select Coach to join our coaching staff. The successful candidate will work with one of our select teams for U12 or U13 and will be responsible for planning and delivering high-level training sessions, developing tactical understanding, and preparing players for competitive matches and tournaments.

Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute challenging and progressive training sessions that focus on technical skill development, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their skills, decision-making, and overall performance.
- Develop and implement game strategies and formations that maximize the team's strengths and exploit opponents' weaknesses.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club officials regarding team activities, expectations, and player progress.
- Attend team meetings, games, and tournaments as required, demonstrating leadership and professionalism at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of USSF D License or equivalent coaching certification.
- Previous coaching experience at the youth soccer level, preferably with select or competitive teams.
- Strong knowledge of soccer tactics, strategies, and player development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and sportsmanship.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate training sessions, games, and tournaments.
